Featured memberships continue until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice to hello@faithfinder.ca. Priority placement is subject to rotation and search relevance. Advertising spend, software and usage-based email, text, phone, AI and third-party charges are separate. Growth Suite and agency add-on services require a written scope that identifies the supplier, primary service lane, setup, deliverables, limits and exclusions.

Is FaithFinder free to search and use?
Anyone can search FaithFinder for free. Basic church listings are also free. Business listings start with Featured at $49 per month, or $441 paid upfront for the first 12 months with three months free; the annual offer then changes to $49 per month plus GST. Schools use paid listing plans. Additional growth services are optional.
What is included in a free basic church listing?
A free basic church listing includes verified church identity and contact information, essential church details, one logo, one website link and map location. It does not include priority placement, an expanded landing page, lead automation, reporting or ongoing marketing work. Churches can choose optional paid Featured and growth services.
What does verified mean on FaithFinder?
Verified means FaithFinder has confirmed the organization or person and the accuracy of specified contact information. It is not a blanket theological endorsement, and a verification badge cannot be purchased without completing verification.
Do I need to purchase a paid plan to be on FaithFinder?
It depends on your organization. Basic church listings are free. Businesses choose a paid Featured listing from $49 per month, and schools use paid listing plans. Additional growth services are optional.
What does the $49 monthly option include?
The $49 monthly Featured Business plan includes a dedicated FaithFinder landing page, enhanced content, additional media and calls to action, priority placement within relevant searches, rotating featured exposure and basic engagement reporting. Claiming and verification are included. Placement is subject to search relevance and rotation; verification requires review and is not a paid endorsement.
What is the annual Featured offer?
Pay $441 plus GST upfront for the first 12 months of a Featured Business Profile. You receive three months free: pay for nine months and receive 12, saving $147 compared with 12 monthly payments of $49. After the first 12 months, membership automatically continues at $49 per month plus GST until cancelled with 30 days written notice. The Featured benefits remain the same.
What is the difference between Growth and Growth Suite?
Growth adds lead capture, one defined follow-up workflow, review request automation and concise monthly activity reporting. Growth Suite is a separately scoped managed service built around one agreed priority lane, such as campaign execution, SEO and content, CRM automation or paid media management.
Are advertising spend and usage charges included?
No. Advertising spend, software and usage-based email, text, phone, AI and third-party costs are separate unless a written proposal specifically states otherwise. Setup, deliverables, limits and exclusions are confirmed before work begins.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Churches can start with a free basic listing and choose paid Featured or growth services later. Businesses start with a paid Featured Profile and can add Growth or managed support when needed. Schools follow their own paid listing pathway.
Are advertising, sponsorship and partnership opportunities available now?
FaithFinder is developing carefully selected advertising, sponsorship and partnership opportunities. These are not yet standard self-serve products and will be introduced as the platform and audience grow.
